I have brought two vehicles to this dealership for service. Outstanding! They go above and beyond for customer service. I appreciate being able to use a courtesy vehicle if it is just for a couple hours or a couple days. Chris, the service advisory, responds quickly, is friendly, and knowledgeable. I have had some unique things with my iPace (electric vehicle) due to a previous owner. The technicians were able to find and solve issues. I appreciate seeing the video from the technician showing what they did and found with my vehicle. Thank you to the entire team!

It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. My service advisor Chris C. was well informed, took his time and was very efficient. He took care of everything with the warranty company. I never had a worry. There was a quick turnaround for two major repairs. I was shuttled home and picked up from work when the repair was done by the same young man who himself was very kind and professional. My Jaguar XE R Sport continues to run like a champ. I am very appreciative to Richfield Jaguar and its staff. Definitely five star service.

Basic service and oil change went very well. Visual inspection was just that. No physical testing of the suspension system.

My repair was done quickly and professionally. They provided a loaner vehicle and the whole process was done quite painlessly.

I have never been overly fond of car salesman, so upon approaching Richfield Land Rover, I was a bit reluctant. I took my Jaguar Portfolio to a service center that services Lamborghini, Ferrari, and Porches because it was closer, they worked 11 hours and could not figure out my issue charging $2.2k.. I then take it to Jaguar dealership in Richfield, problem solved in no time. Chris is the man.
