Fantastic experience. Have been to other Land Rover dealerships across the US. This was the best I’ve personally been to. Drop off after hours was seamless using their envelopes in the drop box. Being able to text the service department and the video overview they sent was above and beyond what I was expecting. Great tech, great customer service, just a great experience!

Repair was diagnosed correctly, and fixed correctly. The service advisor checked a couple of times to see if I needed a loaner vehicle, which I did not but that was nice.

Friendly service advisor first of all. Charging over $500 for a diagnostic which is typically free at most mechanics is unreasonable. Especially considering I purchased my car here new and have done all my services here (4+ years). All that was required was a new battery. Services are overpriced but that part is common for a lot of dealerships.

Cameron was the man! Went in on a sat, middle of a snow storm, no appt, slow leaking tire. Got it in immediately, repaired the tire, and even had Mike, their tech guru help me get the app set up for my Jag I-Pace. I dare say, a fun time for what otherwise could have been a disaster.

Great, relaxed car dealership and excellent customer service. I'm really glad I had the service done there. People are good at this dealership, they went out of their way to be thorough and honest. Lower stress than some of the other dealers. A little more low key vibe. Which is nice.

I am a very proud owner of a 2000 XKR. This past summer the car started to make a chirping noise coming through the dash. I reached out to all my local businesses that might have a answer. I have been so pleased with my purchasing experience with Land Rover Jaguar Richfield. Disappointed to get home and discover that there was no tire repair kit in the used Jaguar I purchased. I'm glad I found out before I (or my wife) got stuck out on the road somewhere. Very irresponsible of Morrie's Range Rover. They also pull the 30 day warranty, posted on the windshield, at signing. You gotta watch your back when buying from a Morrie's dealership .

I purchased a pre-owned Jaguar F-pace from Jim Jensen. He was fantastic in every way. Took me on a test drive and gave me several great tips. The car was clean and ready to drive. The transaction was quick and worked perfectly for my budget. Liz the business manager was excellent - friendly but very businesslike. She explained things before being asked. Two other young men helped me with my keys, fuel and In Control app. And finally, Vince was warm and made my visit feel much appreciated. Thank you for a perfect experience.

I have brought two vehicles to this dealership for service. Outstanding! They go above and beyond for customer service. I appreciate being able to use a courtesy vehicle if it is just for a couple hours or a couple days. Chris, the service advisory, responds quickly, is friendly, and knowledgeable. I have had some unique things with my iPace (electric vehicle) due to a previous owner. The technicians were able to find and solve issues. I appreciate seeing the video from the technician showing what they did and found with my vehicle. Thank you to the entire team!

It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. My service advisor Chris C. was well informed, took his time and was very efficient. He took care of everything with the warranty company. I never had a worry. There was a quick turnaround for two major repairs. I was shuttled home and picked up from work when the repair was done by the same young man who himself was very kind and professional. My Jaguar XE R Sport continues to run like a champ. I am very appreciative to Richfield Jaguar and its staff. Definitely five star service.

Basic service and oil change went very well. Visual inspection was just that. No physical testing of the suspension system.
